SUPfit aims to take Stand Up Paddle Board Fitness to the next level by training fitness and yoga professionals to teach safe, effective and fun SUP Fitness Classes throughout the UK. In 2014 SUPfit UK offers retreats to help remodel your body and mind. Combining Stand Up Paddleboarding with fitness, this is the ultimate way to get fit!
Whether you are a beginner or advanced paddler come and join the team of SUPfit in the beautiful surroundings of Portugal’s Sliver Coast where you will learn effective paddle techniques and take part in a number of fitness classes both on and off the water. Days start with a beach circuit, followed by a fresh breakfast, then onto the water for a full day of activities. At the end of each day you will have the opportunity to take part in a stretch and flexibility session. No two days are the same, from distance & power paddling on the river, SUPfit sessions on the sheltered surroundings of the lagoon to the more challenging conditions of the ocean.
During the course of the week you will learn and improve paddle techniques, become more confident in different conditions, improve your fitness levels, rejuvenate your mind and have an amazing time!
